How do I sign up?

Guests can sign up without making a purchase using this sign up link.

You can also sign up in-store, through online ordering and by using digital receipts after a purchase is made.

Am I still able to use the Mason’s app for rewards?

The Mason’s app is no longer active. You can access all your Mason’s loyalty points and rewards online using this link or when you visit any Mason’s location.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check the rewards you’ve earned in a number of ways!

  • Online Loyalty Page: Customers receive a link to their unique eLoyalty Card and points balance summary when they enroll in the loyalty program. Customers can use this to check their rewards balance and redeem rewards.
  • Digital Receipts: Customers can access account information through a link included at the bottom of digital receipts.
  • In-Store: Staff members can look up customer loyalty accounts and check balances when customers visit any Mason’s.
What if I’m already a rewards member?

There’s no need to sign up again! If you’re already a loyalty member, just follow the link below. All you need to do is put in your phone number and you’ll have access to all the points you’ve earned through our previous loyalty program.
